Yes. We work with Ukrainians in any country. Your e-Visa is reviewed by the Philippine embassy that serves your country of residence. If the e-Visa isn't available for your country yet, we'll explain how to get a visa through your local embassy.
How do I pay?
Online by card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by bank transfer after the consultation. You pay the $65 embassy fee separately, directly to the embassy.
Do Ukrainian citizens need a visa for the Philippines?
Yes. For tourism you need a 9(a) Temporary Visitor visa. You request the length of stay in the application (up to 59 days); the embassy sets the final period.
Where do the documents go?
Online, on the evisa.gov.ph portal. The application is reviewed by the Philippine embassy that serves your country of residence.
How much is the embassy fee?
$65: the 9(a) visa fee of $40 plus the e-Visa portal convenience fee of $25. It is paid by bank transfer to the embassy's account within 48 hours of applying — we'll show you how. It is not refunded if the visa is refused.
How long does it take?
The clock starts when the embassy fee is paid: 3–12 working days for a single-entry visa and 15–21 for a multiple-entry visa. If the embassy requests more documents, the application is returned for corrections and the whole process can take up to 3 weeks. We prepare a complete document set so no extra requests are needed. Apply at least a month before your trip.
Do I have to go to Warsaw?
No. The e-Visa is filed online and arrives by email. An in-person visit is needed only if the consul specifically requests it.
What is eTravel?
A mandatory online registration for entering the Philippines, done within 72 hours before arrival. With Full service we do it for you.
